Zetlandville Begins (09 June 2012)​
This site has begun to develop as an information source about Zetland in Sydney. There is currently a lack of online facts, figures and fables about the suburb and its rapid growth. While the nearby Green Square development in gaining public attention the areas within Zetland are already under rapid growth and develop with little fanfair. Massive apartment development are heading for completion along South Dowling St. On the south side of Joynton Avenue building heights have gone from 3 storey to 12 storey in a matter of months. What impact will this have? More cars and people. Is there enough services in the area to support the growth. This is the place to discuss it.
